Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Your agents will continue operating — your service won't be cut off. You'll receive an email notification at 80% and 100% usage. Overage conversations are billed at $0.05 per conversation on Starter and $0.03 per conversation on Pro. Agency plans have unlimited conversations.
