Our Story

SellyChat was born from frustration. Our founders ran small e-commerce businesses and watched helplessly as customer inquiries piled up faster than they could respond. They saw enterprise competitors with 24/7 support teams while they struggled to answer emails between shipping orders.

In 2023, the breakthrough came with advances in large language models. Suddenly, AI could understand context, maintain conversations, and provide genuinely helpful responses. The founders realized this technology could finally solve the problem they'd been facing for years.

They built the first version of SellyChat in a garage (yes, really), testing it on their own businesses. The results were immediate: response times dropped from hours to seconds, customer satisfaction soared, and they finally had time to focus on growing their businesses instead of drowning in support tickets.
